Farmall Cub Snow Plow.

The clevis is a secondary "breakaway" component. If you're plowing on smooth asphalt or gravel where the chances of catching the edge are minimal, it would be optional. If you often have ice or cracks in a concrete driveway, then probably a good idea.

Got my block made and got the plow fitted to the tractor. However i cant get the linkage that attaches to the plow piece that has the big spring on it into the lowest hole, as the linkage hits the front axle. 20250321_152734.jpg3931851397633980072.jpg

If I decided to front mount my plow (probably not) I had thought I’d make a pair from Delrin. I’ve made a lot of things out of that stuff. Yours will last forever.

I finally got the boomerang done, I had some plate laying around. It was a little pitted and was a little undersized from the drawing Don posted so I had to make the blocks thicker to compensate. Assetically I wished it looked better but I made it for free and it will do the job. Works like a charm, there was one discrepancy on the drawing that I found. The hole for the pin that was on the rocker arm was bigger than the print stated, mine was 3/4" so i had to make the hole 3/4". I don't know if all Cubs are like that or if it was just mine.
