Farmall Cub Snow Plow.

Tm tractor has the blocks $11 ea. I just bought a pair. I thought by the time you rounded up some square stock and drilled them for the 5/8 through bolt they were worth it. Dennis

Yea your prob right. Material isn't cheap, i do have some to make blocks but I'd be wasting alot of metal.

That's the only thing I see missing is the curved part which I don't know if I'll even need that and the 2 blocks. I made an offer and hopefully will be picking it up this weekend.

The bellcrank extension is supposed to be used with the blade, if you used the blade without it, you would probably just have 1 bolt at the Touch Control arm, holding the blade lift linkage onto the arm.
The weight of lifting the blade would eventually wear the 2 holes crooked.
If you go to where the blade is, and the bellcrank extension isn't with the blade, I would ask if it is on a Cub there. You could show the man the picture of installing the parts and the bellcrank, in the blade operator's manual that I posted for you. It shows the bellcrank is supposed to be there.
It is on page 5 of the manual.

Is this the "curved" part you are talking about?
Yep that's it. Wow I wasn't expecting a drawing. Thanks Don. That will make layout alot easier

Will do and if they don't have it then I'll make 1.

It could also look like this, depending on the model and how parts have been mixed in the past. Some call it a boomerang. (Pic is from a previous forum post.) JMHO. Stan

Well spent most of the day making a 6 hour round trip to pick up the snow plow for the Cub. Needs striped, repainted but overall in very nice shape. Was the color of the original Cub plows red? 20250316_231259.jpg

Here's a photo of a Loboy 54 Plow on a Regular Cub. This was/is Rick Prentice's tractor.

Looks like Buzzard Wing!.........................Notice the extra height off the ground.

Well it works, just have to make the blocks. There is an extra piece bolted to where the lifting arm and plow attach. I gotta take that off but everything looks like it lines up good. Any one have a drawing for the original blocks and floating clevis?

Hi,
The blade looks good. Did you get the curved extension that goes on the Touch Control arm.
TM Tractor Parts has new blocks, that go in the square hole, for the blade lift.
I sent you a message.

No it didn't, blade seems to work fine without it but it may give me an excuse to drag the neglected plasma cutter out and make 1. I have stock here to make the blocks and clevis to float the blade, I just don't know what the dimensions of the orginals were. Was the extension required for it? If so I'll make 1.
