And the side benefit of this incident is the entire forum had to opportunity to learn along with you. I am a firm believer in experience is the best teacher and the lessons learned stay with us for a long time. JMHOSuccess! I added the proper amount of Hy Tran this morning and it took off operating as smooth as ever. Had I just done that from the beginning, all of this could have been avoided but what did I know? Well I know now thanks to all of you. Thanks again!
The manuals would have guided you to that outcome. They’re worth their weight in gold.Success! I added the proper amount of Hy Tran this morning and it took off operating as smooth as ever. Fortunately, the manuals and the members of this forum complement each other. That is true. However, if I had the manuals I wouldn’t know what a helpful group this is. Should I keep this tractor, I will surely invest in the manuals.
And as soon as you meet the minimum requirements you can access and review/download a trove of information at the Resources link at the top of this page. StanThat is true. Hey Stan do the parts manuals for you missing a bunch of pages? When I click on them they only show a couple and the rest are all blank. And as soon as you meet the minimum requirements you can access and review/download a trove of information at the Resources link at the top of this page. Stan
If you are having a problem with the manuals at the Resources link, I seem to remember that to view the entire manual you have to click on the download option to see it all. Just clicking on the title only shows the view of the manual cover page. I might not be totally correct on this but you can try it. Several years ago and soon after I first joined the forum (which was long before the forum upgrade a year or so ago) I downloaded some of the manuals that I thought might be of interest to me to my PC hard drive. That's where I usually go to view info if I have the manual downloaded. I sometimes don't have what I'm looking for so I go to the Resources link and try to find it there. Post what you're looking for and someone will try to help you get into it. And Oh yeah, there's some minimum requirements to be met but you're long past that.
