Rudi's passing

Just saw this...how sad. He has been missed on here of late due to illness, but now there's a finality to it. Although we never met in person, we communicated comments and expressed thoughts and beliefs. I'm confident that Rudi is with the Lord, having placed his faith in Christ.

What a voluminous amount of information and help he was while here. He is missed. Praying for Em and the family at the time of this great loss.
 
Really sorry to hear of Rudi's passing. I never had the opportunity to meet him in person, but he obviously was a very generous soul. He helped me tremendously with his Posts, knowledge and of course his Manuals.

Thank you for all of you Help Rudi, RIP.

I always enjoyed his stories on the forum he had a way of spinning a tale. Rest in pease Rudi. I will think of you every time I look at a manual online.

Trade a few PM and snail mail pics with Rudi, he was very helpful a big help to the Cub enthusiast , Rudi was young too at only 62 :( .
 
Sad to hear the news. Rudi was surely a memorable personality that brought us together.

My thoughts and prayers are with Em and the family.
 
Praying for family and friends! May Our Lord give them peace, understand and strength during these times of grief. May their minds be filled with the happiest of moments and live on forever. May he rest in peace.

I heard the news late... Very disappointed to hear of Rudi's passing. He was quite the gentleman, and as was noted previously, a man of many talents and hobbies. His manual site was instrumental in my restoration project, as was his one on one guidance.

Time is a precious thing. We all have only a small amount of it on this earth. As such, I always appreciate anybody that wants to spend their time helping me. Thank you for the countless hours you gave to me, walking me through everything a newbie needed to know, and then some.

Sad to hear about Rudi,
in the short amount of time I spent with him , told me that he lived a life that our Christ loved to see.
he always gave me kind but awesome knowlage about the cub electrical systems . (all of them ) and loved to share.
such a special life. I can only hope to be as faithful and kind myself.

Little by little us baby boomers are the old timers now. We're taking a hit lately. We're in that age zone. Godbless.
 
I spoke with Rudi only once via email, and he was as gracious as you all have said he was.
Luckily for him, his legacy lives on with all of us.
Rest in peace, Mr. Rudi.
