Look Friends, the Cylinder Head situation. This part go to scrap,

I had a lot of work to remove it without damaging the engine Block.

By the way, while you have the front dismantled, I would suggest replacing, or at least checking, the governor spring (VERY difficult to do after assembly!), as well as ensuring all the linkages are free, but with no slop (looseness), from throttle quadrant all the way to the carburetor. The governor rockshaft that connects across the front of the engine between the governor and the carb rod, can have some slop in it due to wear of the tiny woodruff key at the governor. You can replace that key, or some folks use a dab of JB Weld to secure the shaft.

You probably already know, but when reinstalling the engine cover and front crankshaft pulley, the Manual says to install, but NOT tighten the engine cover bolts until the pulley is fully installed. This allows the front seal to center itself on the pulley, preventing leaking.

If the pulley shaft has a deep wear groove where the seal rode, you can install a "wear sleeve" (Speedi Sleeve):
