either way with a puncture the tire will have to be broken down because of the tubes .

But just air can be done faster because you don't have to deal with the fluid, if it all hasn't leaked out and made a mess. Again my preference, to each their own.

I do under stand fixing with out the liquid is better and faster. but if I had the fluid for free I would be using that first as flats very rare for me . but if I had to chose between the 2 of them with buying one or the other I would be going with the weights without even a thought.
