Cub Database Update (2019)

These are the #s on the 52 cub I bought last summer. serial #158384 engine casting 6 5 x, block pt # 251341r6, head casting 6 17 x, bolster # 5 19 x, torque tube l 2 x, trans pt # 351530 r 3, trans case 6 12 x , axle ext 5 6 x, left case 6 24 x, right 6 25 x, touch cont cast 5 26 x, pt # 354383 r 3. I'm not sure where to find the motor serial # on the block.

Hello, everyone my name is Joshua, I am 23 and from Washington state. I just purchased my cub last week and wanted to add mine to the data base. It is a 1947 serial # 1476, the engine serial number is also 1476. So far I love the tractor and have enjoyed cleaning it up and bringing it back to its former glory

The tractor is Red but the underside of the square hood is White and the other sheet metal are yellow on the inside where you cant see. The trans cover is yellow but painted over in red. The fast hitch and helper spring is yellow under the red. All the cast parts including the engine are red all the way down to the metal. Not sure if it was done at the factory or later in its life. Sometime in its life it had a very bad paint job. The grill is white. Where the final drive date code should be it looks blank. I will send it in if I find them when I clean them up.

1972 International Cub, original yellow/white.with Woods 42" Bellymower. Grandfather bought new from Talbot Tractor Co. in Baton Rouge, La in March 1972. I brought to Oklahoma in December 2023 after sitting in his barn for the last 15 years. Not restoring, just getting running so I can use.
