Comfort Inn - Circleville, OH - MAJOR UPDATE

Don McCombs

501 Club
I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Circleville during this past year's Tug. I found the room to be clean, quiet and reasonably priced. I plan to stay there again this year.

Edit...

During my stay in July 2010, my room was entered by an unauthorized person and my personal belongings were tampered with. The motel management has yet to give me an explanation as to how this happened. Needless to say, I will no longer stay there and cannot recommend it to anyone else.

Robert, I usually arrive Thursday afternoon (flying in from Colorado). I head on out to Bigdog's and help finish setting up tents, tables, etc. A lot don't arrive until Friday morning.

Robert, it is a great airport. I flew into there last year. You get to sit right behind the pilot as he dusts the crops.

Don, It's always been my understanding that each entry is recorded, and each key card is coded to the individual posessing it (whether guest, maid, maintenance, etc.). They should know who was in there, when, how many times, and be able to tell you that corrective action (ie, termination) was taken. I think I'll email them and also ask for an explanation.

Don:

As you know, I was there when this happened. I have emailed the motel company and informed them that till you have been satisfied with an explanation I will not be staying at their motels nor will I recommend anyone else to patronize them. All you guys who stayed there take a minute to email them and let's see if we can make a difference in the service we pay for. Next time, it may be one of us they ransack. I hope this gets them off the butt and makes them contact you and settle it, Don.
