Look at the Cub database and you can almost figure it out.

I have no doubt that they ran the circle until they ran out.That includes 1948

There is no evidence of any Circle Cubs after August of 1947. Serial # 4028 was produced sometime after mid August 1947. I believe the Circle Cubs ended around that time. The first confirmed non Circle Cub was at serial #4308 according to the database.
