I had it running and driving but # 3 cylinder had only 90 lbs compression while the other three were above 125. I need two of those lock tab washers. They should be in at the dealer tomorrow so I can continue putting the engine back together.

Are those lock tab washers cheaper at the dealer? I have checked Yesterdays tractor and steiners and they are $5.50 each and up.

I picked 4 of them up this morning for $ 4.60 each. My dealer is 30 miles away and we had to go to Rural King and Lowes also.
We live 30 miles from just about everything but wet weather.

I take tractors to a local show every fall. It is only nine miles and thought I could tow one with another.

Just a guess on breaking the steering gear was they turned to sharp and hit the steering stop.
