What is the length from bend to bend on the lift rod? And what are the dimensions for the flat bar on the rockshaft that connects to the lift rod? Yes, I can figure something out, but I’d rid have those dimensions if anyone has these. Thanks

Thomas, I've got this but it will be tomorrow before I can get the details. The photos are on an original 49 FCub that I got about 8 or 9 years ago and I'm the 2nd owner. I know the PO who bought it new so it's probably factory original. Meantime maybe you can find this old post with the details that I have saved. Stan

OK Thomas, here's the details, (same part as posted before, just a different angle and sorry for the orientation rotate it 180 deg). 24 7/8 inches overall and 24 inches center to center of the attachment bends. I would consider a black iron pipe schedule 40 or better and use a couple of concrete anchor bolts for the angled connection points. This one has what looks like a flat washer welded on the perpendicular bend to give a little more contact surface with the rockshaft and the lower end that goes through the bolster. I can take it off and get a better picture if you need it. Stan

I have and use a '48 blade.
Stan, the pictures you posted are not a '48 blade. The diagrams from the book are.
The original doesn't use an extention, and the 2 rods are different lenths. Unfortunately mine is not in a position to get good pictures right now, but l have the original equipment book for it and will try to post drawings from it with dimensions in the next couple days

Thanks for the info. The pictures that I posted were just for illustrating purposes (I have a tendency to give too much info). The point is to try to find the details/ dimensions for the OEM bellcrank extension for the 1948 McCormick Deering L & G blade--Reference #13, Part #650 162 R91. That's why I created a new post: https://farmallcub.com/community/th...l-g-blade-bellcrank-extension-details.119968/ TKS Stan

I owe Stan an appology. The manual does show an extension on the rocker arm. I've never used one. I just use the front lifting arm and utilize the hole that the extension would bolt to.
I copied pages from the manual and did some measurements for those that may need them. I'm not a pro at doing this stuff, but it's the best l could do in a short time. I will also note that with my front lifting arm, it doesn't have an S curve end as shown in the diagram. It's just a straight L shape on both ends, and it is original.
As l've stated before l've been operating this tractor and blade for over 50 yrs, and my family are only the second owners. It came with the house when my parents bought it in 1960.
I took a picture of my set up as a grading blade, and have already posted the snowplow set up.
Hope this helps someone.

I understand. I can't give dimensions as l don't have one, and have never used one. See my above post. No offense intended.

No offense taken. Sometimes the thought and intent of a message is stated in such a way that is interpreted differently by the reader/listener! I believe the the function of the BC extension was to increase the ground clearance height in the up position since the longer lever = increased travel upward when lifted. JMHO Stan

To answer your original question. It's 21 1/4" outside to outside. The rod itself is made out of 5/8" round stock. I did not meaure the inside dimension between bends. Eaach end also has a 1/8" hole drilled through it for a cottter pin to hold it in place.

Hope that helps
