can anyone tell me how to set up the depth adjuster for a one bottom plow? any help would be appreciated

Jim, it will vary with soil conditions, but if your plow is going too deep, pull the lever back to raise the front. If the plow will not sink into the ground, lower the front by pushing the lever forward so the point can penetrate.
