My fast hitch pull bar is seized onto the pull bar support so that it won't adjust right/left. These parts have been separated from the rest of the fast hitch to apply "persuasion". I have been applying Kroil, and have tried a couple of ways to dislodge it with no apparent success.
I am just south of Nashville, TN. Are there any members in the Middle Tennessee area willing to let me visit them by appointment and briefly use their hydraulic press?

You will also probably need to use some heat.

they can be a real PITA I found it easiest to get the bar to turn 1st with a pipe wrench and probably heat while mounted on the tractor then it can be pressed out

Bring it on up to the Bash May 30, June 1 and let's see what we can do.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

@tst : Ha. Broke one of my favorite pipe wrenches already. Guess I'll need a bigger/better one.
To your point, though, I wasn't using heat. The heat would have to be at least a MAP gas torch, right? Simple propane wouldn't do it, would it??
The heat would be applied to the pull bar, NOT the pull bar support, right?

tst: Gotcha. I know a guy with oxy/acy and probably has the giant pipe wrench. I'll try that. Thanks for saving me the time I would have possibly wasted with propane or MAP.

Yep. You were right. My friend with an oxyacetylene torch got the pull bar sleeve red hot while I applied periodic whacks with a sledge. Had it out in 20 minutes.
