New cub owner
Just started lurking around the site, and first of all thank you to all of the people willing to share their knowledge. This site has already helped me tremendously. The cub is a 1970 with a woods 42 belly mower. First thing I did was change the air breather oil, engine oil, and steering box fluid. Steering box was packed with grease, so hoping for no leaks in the seals.

There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Look at the fill plug for the steering fluid and make sure that there is a vent hole which is not plugged. If it is plugged (or missing as mine was) the oil will leak as heat causes it to expand. Welcome to the forum.
