My 5 yr old grand daughter said tonite @ supper that we needed a pickle tree for the garden. Trying to keep a straight face, I asked whether she preferred a sweet pickle tree or a dill pickle tree. Before I could give an explanation of how we get pickles, her face turned blank, then she indicated that she had eaten all the seeds from her last pickle. At least she knows that they don't just come from a jar....
If I could get her to sit in one place for 30 seconds, maybe the pickle mystery could be solved...
