my friend gave me some 1" box tubeing, I have a little grateing I got from work when they put new stuff on the roof. so I built a carrier using the Kodiak carier plans. I made it only 2' deep and 3' wide in hopes I don't overload it. I also moved the mounts to the bottom of the draw bar. seems to go lower. not sure if im going to put a back on it or not. I am going to make a stake side box for it for sure for my chainsaw and gas and oil and stuff.
