Re: Ultrasonic Cleaners
I bought the about $75 one from from HF, one of the few things that has been decent, bad part you have to keep an eye on it,, it times out in alike 5 minutes se it has to be reset, other than that soap, water and once its heated up works well, you still need to clean the heavy crap off 1st, it is small so mostly I just use it for carb parts and such

Re: Ultrasonic Cleaners
The ones that I have seen are mostly for jewelry cleaning. I think they work good for that.

Re: Ultrasonic Cleaners
Dont own one but used to use one at a plant I worked at!
It was stainless, ran off 220vac, big enough to probably fit a c123 engine block + some extra parts!
It could heat the water hot enough to boil, and we used the crystal green from simple green!
We used it mainly to clean plastic injection molds.
But it found use for a few outside pieces too!
Not only was it a good degreaser, but took off paint too!
They bought it used from a surplus machinery dealer called HGR out of Cleveland Ohio
