Please Move The Deer Crossing Sign

Postby ricky racer » Wed Feb 09, 2022 3:23 pm

This audio original and full clip from Y94 Playhouse Fargo, ND radio station was too funny to not find a way for more people to hear it so thus, this video. A lady asks for help getting deer crossing signs moved to lower traffic areas. "The government can guide deer to lower traffic areas" ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Kudos to Y94 Playhouse and Donna for the joy that you have given many through laughter.

Dog go it. I think she has a point. I've had one deer vehicle accident and my daughter has had 3.

My solution to the problem is to install deer crossing lights similar to the pedestrian crossings in some cities. You push a button on a post, light changes from green, to yellow, then red. If the deer want to cross the road; they push the button and wait for the traffic light to change.
I have an excuse. CRS.

That sounds like the lady who went into a NAPA store wanting a longer dipstick for her car she said the one she has don't reach the oil.

There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

I was expecting this to be a prank phone call, but she was serious! It’s hard to imagine ignorance on that level.

Since there doesn't appear to be a solution to the problem, we need to invest more funds into a possible solution.

Now here is a thought. Florida invested in tunnels under the highways for frog crossings. We could do the same for deer crossings, except highway overpasses at deer crossings.

Dang, I'd fit right in as a member of the State Legislature.

Can you imagine what hitting a frog would do to a Smart car?
