the car was not paying attention for sure, do not think I would drive a tractor on a high speed highway myself

OMG..I will have nightmares about that. I drive on shoreline roads to get to some sites with 3 sets of flashers and the tractors are bigger and HOPEFULLY more noticeable, but now I might add another.

The vehicle never even started to swerve so I don't think the driver was paying attention at that moment. Tractor was equipped with slow moving vehicle sign for whatever that is worth. Verrn
