Help identifying CC

Postby tinnerjohn » Wed Jun 23, 2021 11:09 am

A friend dropped of his Cub Cadet this morning for me to change the mower belts on and give it a general going over. I am not a Cub Cadet expert by any means, especially on the MTD built units! I'm trying to identify the model so I can hopefully find a manual online. The SN plate says Model No. Is 141681100, SN 819473. It has a 35190 50C Deck, SN 367743, I haven't been able to find the tractor model in any of the internet sites I've checked so far. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks, John

A google search for "141681100" shows it's a model 1862.

Thanks Indy, I appreciate your help, sometimes my google skills fail me. It would have been nice if MTD had used IH's system! John

Built in 1991
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

John, if you haven't found it yet, Cub Cadet hosts all the operator's manuals. Go here and have your model and serial numbers ready: https://www.cubcadet.ca/en/operatorsmanuals

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the help gentlemen. Got her done and ready for him to pick up in the morning. I try to avoid working on other peoples mowers, but this gentleman has been a good friend and customer for my plumbing and HVAC work, so I try to help him out on other things if I can. I could havejust tore into it, but I'm getting anal in my old age and like to arm myself with as much information as I can in advance.

John
