Billy Ray was always a joy to be around, full of good humor. He will be sorely missed. My sincere condolences to his family.

Skeet and I are saddened to hear of Billy’s passing. He was a hoot to be around. We enjoyed his funny stories. We have a pic hanging in our living room of him and Skeet. The BSers. Hugs and prayers.
