The 680 was upgraded with a K321 counterbalanced, recently. The K301 couldn't handle the 50" deck. Much smoother now, and able to handle the deck and a roller at the same time. Yes, some custom headlights since most of the quiet line stuff vibrated off, quite some time ago. The Loboy is stock, down to the 6V fully functioning system. And yes, the FH stays on with the belly mower now. (well, maybe the mower brackets aren't stock) They are in working clothes, so not too pretty. The LoBoy may make a parade in about a month, so she'll have to get a bath. Regards,

Hi Steve, I followed the same idea for using my BUSH HOG 412 mower with the FH attached on my '57 LoBoy. I used Pennington brackets attached to the finals and fabricated a couple of brackets to make up for the difference in the width of the mower "arms". A Pennington LoBoy mule drive allows me to run the mower (the FH pull bar is positioned to the far right side) and everything clears, works well.
