Bronson,

That's a temporary fuel tank, clamped to the T/C control quadrant. I don't plan to add fuel to the regular tank until after the painting is done.

I was thinking that it may be for fuel but I didn`t think it was mounted high enough for gravity flow.

Looks like you have been doing a lot of paint stripping to that shine`y metal. :P
