I had a hard time deciding.... 1818 the year Rufus Ingalls was born, or 1843 the year he graduated from West Point.... can't remember the year he became Quartermaster General. He died in 1893, the same year they moved the town house down the hill.....

I really could use the hold downs... made a mess of my rims with the chain going to Cecils.

So I guess I will go with 1820, the year Maine became a state.
