I think it's the mule drive for a Sun Master Kub Klipper mower. The T handle tightener is what makes me think that. There is a two page manual in the PDF Manuals under mower parts.

I think you’re right Bob. It’s missing a pulley and the pto drive pulley. This is on the tractor that I have for sale in The Vine. Is it worth leaving on there or scrap it? Are there that many of those mowers around?

I certainly wouldn’t scrap it. There’s always someone looking for a mule drive on here, especially the rare mowers.
