Shawn, the Cub has no good spot to put a temp sensor. I’ve seen them installed in the lower water neck but that is not very useful. That would monitor the cooled coolant entering the engine. It needs to be located in the upper neck or the cyl. head and neither has a provision for it.

Thanks Gary that is what I thought. I was looking at it and didn't really see anything that stood out so why I asked.
See you live here in Ohio also.

That came out great!!! I'm doing something similar to my Super A. I'm converting it to key start so I'll replace where the run/kill switch is w/ it. I'm putting the tach/speedometer where you have the light switch, and where you have amp meter I'll be putting in water temp guage. Hopefully mine come out as nice as yours did.

Yes I do, Shawn. As a matter of fact, the road I live on passes through your town. I’ll be passing through one day next week.

Cool, we’ll beep as we pass on the way to the Greenville show. Are you going to the show?

Great job! Very neat and whole lot easier to see than orginal position.

I'm sure you know the mathematical equation: time x cost = money (loss or gain). Agree with you that's the way they SHOULD have done it, but IHC wanted to keep costs down. So....that's how they rolled.

Again, very nice, professional job!
