Re: touch control pin
I have seen them for sale on ebay. You could also put a wanted add in the Vine Forum on this website. You can also call the site sponsors (adds at bottom of this page) to see if they have any for sale.

Re: touch control pin
Hi,
To remove the pin, disconnect any implement lift arms from the rockshaft, so there is no weight on the rockshaft, and move the rockshaft arms so they are fully ahead, or in the up position.
Remove the cotter key from the small end of the pin.
Unscrew the nut on the pin. You can hold the pin from turning using a large screwdriver in the slot in the end of the pin.
You might need penetrating oil on the nut to get it loose.
The connecting rod has a bushing in it at the pin, check it to see if it is worn.
I would put some grease in the bushing and on the pin where it wears, when I put the pin in.
I asked at Case IH and he said they don't have a new pin anymore.
You can buy a used pin.
Below is a pic from TM Tractor showing the front of a Touch Control, and the pin, with the rockshaft off.
The nut is unscrewed in the pic.
