I'm gonna be sitting on the couch with popcorn watching it all unfold from down here in the South.

Only had one snow of about 2" and several series of snow flurries. Abnormally dry in this portion of Missouri. Soil temperature is right at 32 degrees F. Need snow, slowly melted of course.
I have an excuse. CRS.

I got the cub plow adjusted about right, but I think this will be bigger than the cub. Finally got the Super C back together with the front plow and FH blade...rehabbed carb, fan belt, oil change, valves adjusted, oil pan cleaned...and removed all the mouse nests in the clutch area. Had a little clattering in the tranny and check the fluid...first out came pure water and then the mustard. Price of 80-90 wt sure went up.

Just got in from 3 1/2 hours of plowing.
11*F with a steady 20mph wind.
Cub didn’t miss a beat but i was getting cold.
Will finish tomorrow. Looks like we got about 16” of dry powder.

10" here and 50mph winds and cold. Worst plowing conditions I have ever seen including growing up in Maine. We did the drive and side walks twice so the cub and the blowers did fine. End of the drive, cub bogged down due to salt mixed in. I ended up using the Ferguson with the Ford plow to do the neighbors drives and it handled the drifts fine.

Sometimes there's no winning when Mother Nature flexes her muscle. I always have enjoyed snow and plowed in the blizzards of '77 and '78 for a Michigan community of 342 families. Sidewalks, parking lots, roads, etc. Hate to say it, but we got beat when the slop we were moving froze solid during one of those storms. Stuck with the ice long after. But, the challenge was always the motivator to face off with the elements.

And, there's no shame in having good contingency plans - even if you must rest those Cubs. Best of luck, men!

18 inches here, and blowing and drifting all day.. Dry and fluffy, so it flew well! 8 degrees this morning, I may wait a bit to attack it.

After being out in it, I'm raising my estimate to 20 to 22 inchss. Cleared with a snow blower, which blew it 30 feet, since it was powdery.

About 14” + here on the Jersey Shore.
I outfitted the SA with a set of LED lights I bought at Tractor Supply on clearance. Very bright and pleased with them. I put the amber magnet mount flasher on the PTO shroud so now I can be seen on the road. I had put a flexible clevis on but took it back off as it only allowed the blade to lift with 6” of clearance underneath. Without it there’s 10” but even all the way up it was still plowing snow when I drove from the shed to the driveway. Don’t ask what I was thinking but I hadn’t double stacked the weights. I got half of my drive done and had traction issues so I went back to the barn and wrestled the weights out of the snow. I strapped one on the drawbar and set one on the platform. Used everything I had in me to do that. Still haven’t gotten my strength back after Covid. The extra weight helped a lot.
Did 3 driveways twice. Each is about 200’ long.
Cleaned off cars and dug around them so they could get out. My neighbor to one side has had heart bypass surgery and has no business dealing with the snow. What got me was it was an overnight storm again which means I lost a lot of sleep going out multiple times to clear snow off the shelterlogic sheds. For 363 days of the year they are great sheds but for those 2 when it snows hard...
Snow can crush them.

Overestimated the total depth. Went around the yard in about a dozen different locations and we only got about 11”, still a decent storm.
