If the pulley shaft has a deep wear groove where the seal rode, you can install a "wear sleeve" (Speedi Sleeve):

Im Sorry, Really english problem. I have an farmall Cub encyclopedia written by Rachel Gingell. Women are very professional in mechanics . I am studying english to better understand.
