Thank you!

Happy 4th of July to everyone! Pulled the ‘48 Cub and the ‘42 AV around to the front of the house.

Well, I know you requested pics of 4th of July parades, but I couldn’t think of anyone having a parade. Not sure how common it is across the USA to have a parade on the 4th. You’d think that day would be more than any other! Much tradition focuses on individual families getting together than a community. Perhaps we need more parades on the 4th of July. Maybe others will let us know if their towns have a parade.

We sure have big St. Patrick’s Day parades across the country!! :D

Yes St Patrick’s Day is a great world wide celebration, and Independence Day is more family oriented, It was just a thought, that there might be some municipal parades celebrating the occasion. :tractor: :hattip:

Sorry , I took no pics around the holiday.
I skipped the local parade crowd.
And too late getting freed up in the A.M. to have entered a Cub in the tractor show on the third....
Did study the carnival for later metal detecting if I somehow get bored. That's where a camera would have been handy.

Wore my green "Let the malarkey and shennanigans begin" shirt the other day though!

Hope yours was a good day. You'd have been welcomed here.

Our tractor club has been part of the town parade for about 7 years. We've had as many as 25 tractors. This year we had 12. In the following pictures, the sky is only partly cloudy but it had been raining in the morning and was still threatening to have thunderstorms. That kept most of the club from coming out.

These pictures were taken while waiting for the parade to get moving.

Whatever town Oliver66farmboy (I think his name) on YouTube was at a parade. Whatever small town he lives outside of in Illinois I think it is they had a parade. He posted about it and I think posted a video of it.

There are two Ford tractors. The one with a dog in the driver's lap is a Jubilee. I don't know what the one with the snow plow is.

My tractor is the Cub Loboy with the white hood and grill.

Funny (but welcome) how a member from Ireland started an Independence Day thread!

We attended a good parade in Earlville, IA with quite a few tractors though I didn't get any pictures.

Below is our own "parade" with my wife on our Farmall B and me driving the A, after rescuing the A with some fuel.

Well, seeing that Donegal Cub is 6 hours ahead of us, that may explain why his was the first July 4th thread of the day. :)

Plymouth, CA had three Cubs in the parade this year. Here’s my ‘48 followed by my 1936 IH C-1. Nice to be back with our toys!
