cub hyd lift falls when engine is shut off

What would cause the lift on a cub to fall when the engine is cut off. Seems to work fine otherwise.

leaking/bad valve in the touch control, check your fluid ?

Hi,
Be sure to check the Touch Control fluid when the arms are in the rear, or down position.
It should be filled to the filler plug hole.
