Wait , there's holes in the floorboard?
(Could be for ventilation at high speeds above 80 m.p.h. , so it don't vibrate so much.....)

Could also be a tiedown point for shipment or a lifting point for a hoist at the factory.

I sure wouldn't want to trust those holes to tie down my Cub, or to lift it for that matter.
