Lo-Boy Lights
I'm working on what I think is a 65 Lo-boy and I can't figure out how the front lights attach. I've got the proper light brackets from TM tractor but can't find anything in the factory manuals about how they attach though the hood-Any help would be appreciated-Thanks

Re: Lo-Boy Lights
There are two holes on each side of the hood. A large one with a nut welded to the inside of the hood and a small one for the wire. see photos http://www.tmtractor.com/new/el/682fp.htm
with the round back headlights the connecter is bigger than the hole in the hood the wire is supposed to go through. You are to release the wires female spade from the plastic part, thread wires through the hole in the hood, and reconnect to the plastic.
The wires and female spade connectors are held in with a little tab. I found this youtube video about what it looks like. https://youtu.be/_3GoK3xE1gs?t=87
If you have a small electronics type screw drive you can some times get it in. There are tools for this at an auto shop or online

When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!

Thank you Tim. I could not find a good pic of that area on a square nose.

Re: Lo-Boy Lights
Crazy but it looks to me like the mounting eyelets are standard parts from McMaster..anybody ever try them? I’m going to need some to put my Loboy headlights in the ‘right’ place.
