My Super A had been sitting outdoors for years so water got into lots of places it shouldn't, including the rockers and head. Took the head off to recondition it and today I extracted the valves only to find this, see picture. Valve stem guide is broken off level with the head. So after searching the forum extracting the remains of guide from the head seems to fairly straight forward but any ideas how I get the guide remnant out of the valve stem seal thingy. Not even sure this is a valve stem seal, but the conical part that's on top of the valve guides. Sorry don't know what the correct term for it is.
