Does anyone know what make and model this tractor is?

Maybe a MM? Avery, Case and AC also had a front end/hand crank system like the picture. Frame mounted battery box and seat favors MM. JMHO Stan
EDIT: take a look at tractordata.com for AC WC. Notice the gear shift, battery box, seat, fenders, front end, shape of the hood/fuel tank (the screen on the front of your tractor pic looks like a farmer add on).

It’s an Allis Chalmers, either a WC or WD. I need to see more angles of it to know which.
