Three years ago I didn't own a tractor now I have three!

A phone call today resulted in another cub coming to the barn. That makes 3 now! It is just a hobby but since I got my first one people call me to tell me about another cub for sale. Todays $750 purchase was a runner I had seen but it wasn't for sale. The owners sold the property and needed it gone so they called my nephew who called me. I believe it is another '49. It has a blade, plow (with depth control), cultivators and a C42 mower. I used cubs as a kid working in the spinach beds with basket cultivators, so I guess I am reliving my childhood!
 
I know how that goes. 18 years ago I had none and now I have a few more than that. It can be addictive.
 
10 years and 2 months ago I didn't own any either. Then I bought the Cub. Then a year or so later I needed a bigger "mower" so I got a F300 with a L306. Then 2 years or so later, I decided I needed a bigger snow pusher. so I got the F100. Now I decided I need to complete the Hundred series and have the F200. My wife has said well at least when I get the F400 I'm done. Well.... :) A bigger barn will be needed

I count 6 people in your profile picture, that's one tractor for each person (when you get the F400) still one tractor short for everyone! Everybody needs their own tractor!!! :cool: JMHO Stan

You are exactly right!!! That is what I tell my wife too!! Her comment, "I can stay home, I don't need to go on a family tractor ride..." :)
 
Yeah that happens...I've been waiting for 15 years to find a runner that was within a day trip drive. Suddenly in the past month I went from 0 tractors to 3! whoops!
AH it'll be fine right? I don't think I am done tho :)
