Three Point hitch CCO

You have to find a used one. The Original is different from the Narrow Frame (NF). You can post in the wanted on the IH Registry site. Your Original may have the bottom 2 points which are usually on most Cub Cadets. I would post a picture of the 3 point but I can't post pictures. E-mail me and I will send you the picture and part numbers but most are NLA.

Check with Myron Bounds at the CC Supply Room http://www.ccsupplyroom.com/room.htm
or check e-Bay.

A little FYI...It seems that quite often asking prices for parts are a bit high on 'the registry'..and those same exact parts are listed (by the same exact people) on e-Bay after a week of nobody wanting to pay the high price. Once on e-Bay the parts are sold for a bit less than the original asking price!

Sometimes the asking price on a 3 point set-up is $125, and a month later they are down to $75.

I have seen guys buy complete tractors, pieces, parts etc. for next to nothing (like $75-$100 for a complete tractor) and take them home, dismantle them, and make $500 and up profit off of that 1 Cub Cadet tractor...and that's not including any implements that came with it!!

You are dead on the money there Leadfoot. I see this on e-bay all the time. Much more money can be made by parting the tractors out in to components that are easy to pack and ship than what can be made on the whole tractor even if the e-bay winner actually pays for and picks up the tractor. The logistics of getting a 600-700 lb complete garden tractor from seller to buyer are not often simple or inexpensive, and I even see in many e-bay ads for Cub Cadets if not sold tractor will be parted out, this even in the case of good restorable Cubs just becuase there is no local auction winner who can get the tractor home in an affordable manner. Many a nice old alive Cub Cadet becomes an organ donor this way

True...and very sad.

I have parted out a couple of -parts tractors-...but I don't agree with butchering a decent/operating unit all in the name of the almighty dollar!!!
