Just wanted to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. Janet's surgery went well and there were no complications.
Couldn't have done it without you all!
 
That's good to hear BD. Glad it went well, although I bet the recoup time is going to be long. Those ankles don't seem to heal too quick. :(
 
That is absolutely WONDERFUL NEWS, Big Dog...

I hope that the recovery goes as smoothly as the surgery did!! I know that the recovery can be the hard part...

BD. I had to go back and read your other thread to see what this was about. Seems like this time of year, I'm not reading the posts faithfully every day. Anyway, glad to see that everything is going good and will slip in a few belated prayers on Janet's behalf. Best wishes ...........
 
Glad to hear Janet is out of surgery and all went well. I am sure she is in a lot of pain and I hope that part of the reccuperation goes well. Say hi for me ok... :)

I underwent surgery on April 4th to have a bone removed from my wrist so my thumb could be positioned where it is supposed to be so I can use it. Well I have to tell you I don't like the pins they put in there to hold things in place. The pain is just getting bearable now. I just wish the swelling would stay down.

My prayers are with you guys as you deal with this. I know it's a long process that involves the whole family.
