Repaired mine with a propane torch, some solder and a very light touch. A little heat applied sparingly--too much and you remove the filler neck (don't ask ) I'm gradually learning proper radiator repair techniques :roll:
A wet rag wrapped around the filler neck helps a lot when soldering the overflow tube. It will sap a lot of heat from the neck-to-tank seam while you are focused on the overflow tube.
