Radiator repair

Best way is to take the rad to a real good quality Gas Tank & Radiator Repair Shop. They can do the job right.

Repaired mine with a propane torch, some solder and a very light touch. A little heat applied sparingly--too much and you remove the filler neck (don't ask  ) I'm gradually learning proper radiator repair techniques

A wet rag wrapped around the filler neck helps a lot when soldering the overflow tube. It will sap a lot of heat from the neck-to-tank seam while you are focused on the overflow tube.
