Depending on what parts you are looking for, this link to Case/IH should help you find most parts:

Case/IH deleted most parts such as castings some years back, but if it's bearings, seals, engine parts they should still be listed. Use the menu at left to drill down through the function groups. Select that item in the menu, then drill down through the list of items that next appear. Once you get into it that far, it should show an exploded view the function group along with a description of part, plus OEM part number. Once you select a part it should bring up a prompt to select a local dealer for pricing. It may show the part not in stock. So, copy the OEM part number and paste to Google, or there is a good chance of going to Messick's Eq. Co. it may show it. Most generally using Google it will show a few Case/IH dealers and a lot of aftermarket providers.
Most OEM part numbers will also be found by searching NAPA online for bearings and seals, ignition parts and such. If it is a bearing or seal, NAPA will list the national part number in the description. You can use that to go back to Google and do some comparison shopping. If it is a bearing, you'll want to try searching on ebay, there are some great deals on NOS made in U.S.A. bearings there. I bought all the bearings for the final drives on my 140 there for the price of one axle bearing from Case/IH.
It takes a bit to learn to navigate it all, but after a few searches it will become second nature. But using the OEM part number is the key to finding the exact part you need. I too have purchased a hard copy parts manual to find the parts Case/IH has deleted. Those can be found on ebay, most reprints. Many have good quality on the printing, some not.
