Interesting observation...
When I look at Dale’s wrench on my Windows 10 laptop, it looks close to Federal Yellow. When I look at it on my iPad, it looks close to Burnt Orange. Shows that you can’t trust the colors represented on a computer monitor.

Yes, thank you, that will definitely be helpful. That should be enough for the paint supplier to work with.

I have a can of Woods paint at home. I'll try to grab a photo of it later and post. Maybe NAPA or Sherwin Williams can match the code from the can. Or, if you go to a Woods dealer, they sell the factory original paint.... That's where I got a quart.
