Is that a 113 or 123 engine or a Continental? The wheels appear to be Cub.

Looks like a Continental, probably an IY69 power unit from a baler or combine. Looks like the hood and grill came from the same place. Must have a do-it-yourself front bolster to work with the same-sourced radiator.

An elbow in the oil pressure gauge connection would have been a nice addition.
