Interesting step.
I see in your picture the rear tire is installed backwards.
They pull better facing the right way, with the tread facing ahead.
If you want to change it, and the left rear tire is backwards too, and it is the same wide width as the right one is, you only need to remove both rear wheels by removing the 5 bolts at the hubs, and changing sides with them, turning them half a turn around, then the tread will face ahead.
If the left one is installed differently, then it will need to be figured out how to change them.
The tires have to be installed on the rims facing the right ways so all the spacings work right, and the tire treads can be facing ahead.
When removing wheels and tires, put wooden wedges in at the front axle pivot, to prevent the Cub from tipping over. Cubs are heavier on the left side, and can tip over if you remove parts of the rear of them.
Below is a picture of wedges, they don't need to be made at so much of an angle. Hammer them in tight. :)

Seems like the tire is on correctly, unless I'm missing something.
 
It's backward.
Mine are all mounted as shown in the attached video and match the tire in question. Looking at the tires from the top, they are typically pointing forward. I've seen tires mounted in the opposite direction, but they were on tractors doing cement pulls.

Gino56's picture is taken from in front of the right rear wheel, the platform is to the right in the picture, maybe you knew already.
Below is a page from a Cub operator's manual showing the direction the rear tires are mounted when the Cubs are new.

Hello everybody, thanks for all the good comments. I will make right those tires. I don’t have plans of putting this tractor to work at this time. We have an L series kubota at the ready. You can see I’d not be able use the final mounting holes because of the step I made. I posted the picture to cause a smile or two. I drive the Cub around our property and out on the road with the grandkids. I think of her in the same way of our rescue pony with an easy life here on light duty. I still have a good amount of work to put into this Cub but you know if it’s not imperative, it’s fun.
