Hello from cornhusker country. 1250 is the best mower I have every owned, except the last time I used it the amp gauge shows discharging. Any ideas what may have happened???

I had to replace a rectifier on my 782 when I had charging issues. You might check the wiring connection. Also a great resource is onlycubcadets.net forum/website.
