My name is Ernie White and I am new to this discussion board. I am currently working on a total restoration of a 52 cub. I am also working on a 47 too. I have been working on both for a little over a year. I come from a farming family and began trucking tobacco with a cub my grand father purchased. Unfortunately, the 52 is not the same cub but the year is correct. After the farm was sold I was unable to locate the original cub so I bought one and began the restoration. Sure brings back some great memories with grand dad. Those good ole days are long gone and when this project is complete I can enjoy taking it to shows and sharing stories with others.

Welcome to the forum. I can relate to the memories. My Cub is a couple years newer than the one Grandpa had, but its on whats left of the property and the memories are fresh, now its my Grandkids building memories with me. Good luck with your efforts. John
