Need rebuild of a Kohler 14HP in central, Ohio

My CUB CADET 149 14 HP needs an engine rebuild. Anyone in Central Ohio do that for a reasonable cost ?

Suggest doing it yourself. Simple engine. Parts available at auto parts store. Probably have all the tools on hand.

Most likely only need head gasket, rings, and valve lapping compound.
