New to me 58. PO's son-in-law sold it for his mother-in-law. Do not know about the mower and could not find a mower on the property. I do not have one that looks quite like this. Any ideas?

Looks like one for a Mott flail mower.

I agree with both. The drive pully looks to be an 8 or 8 1/2 which is what drives a Mott, I'm too lazy to go measure.
