Mower Blade Prices!

Guys,

Mower blade prices for the 106s 38" deck are up there. I quess it's where you shop. I checked Cub Cadet online 36.88 for center and 26.88 for one each of the little outside blades. I do have a question about the two different blade types, one read that it is harden, I'm quessing it will last longer? The blades for the CCO 38" deck are $19.95 a pieces. If ya'll know a less costly business please reply. I also need a 38" mule drive belt for the 106.

Check with your local autoparts store. NAPA's out door equipment catalog or the Prime line catalog lists blades for Cub Cadet.

The big how ever is that you need the measurements from the old blade(s) or the IH part numbers.

I purchase blades from my Cub Cadets from the local auto parts store. I have one of their old catalogs and look up the blade numbers before I go to the store.
 
I buy lots of blades each season from texasmowerparts.com ask for Travis he most likely has what you need at a better price. I checked his site and there is a listing for Cub Cadet 38 blades at 9.98 each, but since yours is a vintage Cub Cadet you'll need length and center hole measurements to be sure.

This is a great site to order blades from and their prices are real reasonable. They have them listed by Mower Brand, Deck Size, and Lift type. I ordered some last year for my Commercial Toro ZTR. I had to find the blades I wanted by using the measurements of the old blades. The dealer wanted close to 30 bucks a blade. I got three of them from that site for almost the price of one the blades from the dealer, including shipping.
