How can i tell if the tractor is a farmall c, or a super c, or a model 200? The sticker on the hood is long gone. All three look alike. Please help.

A super C will have "bent" pedals, cluthc and brake, the 200 has like 6 bars or something on the grill. I THINK try to find a pic on google or something.....

Just go to Google.com, and then click on "Images", and then search in sequence for:

farmall "super c"
farmall 200

etc., etc.

You'll get lots of images about each tractor, and although some may be wrong, you'll at least be able to get a better idea of each one respectively.

A spotters tip; the gas tank sets about 2" above the touch control on the super C.

Mike

Thanks for the info, but is that the same for a regular "C" model?

No, the standard C almost touches. 1.5 inches was added to the radiator to improve cooling on the super.

Well i guese i have another question for you. The distriburator has an "A" stamped on it , but according to what you are saying and the serial number, i should have a super c. With that being said, there should be a "J" stamped on the distrib. not an "A" according to the books. My gas tank is about 2 inches from the touch control and the serial number matches a super c. Any idea's??

If the brake pedals are curved as opposed to straight then it's a Super C. A super would also come with a water pump, but several C's have had them added.
