Same back home, I hear. I'm at Hog Waller, had a couple of inches of rain here, Thursday, then it headed to New England.

No rain in my neck of the woods in 3 weeks. Mowing ended two weeks ago on the acreage.

Sowed the deer food plot a 1 month ago. Where the seed sprouted, the plants are only about 1 to 2 inches tall.

Need gentle soaker type rains.

In NY it was a cold wet Spring followed by a wet Summer, it rained about every third day , was a bad season for property maintence folk the grass often was cut wet and the shrubs trimming just kept getting put off for a dry day, can't wait for the season to end :surrender:

We got a few sprinkles yesterday, probably remnants from Irma. Didn't amount to much though, just a few sprinkles.
